Pulled, potted possum
Bruny island possum, marinated in garlic, salt and pepper berries then slow cooked in duck fat. Pulled, potted and served on toasted sour dough crostini.

Local zucchini flowers, stuffed with ricotta, basil and Parmesan cheese, crumbed and shallow fried.

Potato and cheese galette topped with crème fraiche and smoked salmon.

Tender and juicy Leap farm goat Pattie, served on a mini brioche bun with local salad leaves and rhubarb chutney
Cape Bernier Cabernet Merlot 2013
Two cannoli, one a duo of vanilla and lindt bitter sweet chocolate, the other a classic Sicilian -sweetened ricotta with candied fruits, pistachio nuts and chocolate.
