Sirocco South foods have prepared a delicious menu of local produce which has been matched to our wines for an experience to satisfy your culinary senses!

What: 6 course degustation with matching wines, vineyard tour

Pulled, potted possum

Bruny island possum, marinated in garlic, salt and pepper berries then slow cooked in duck fat. Pulled, potted and served on toasted sour dough crostini.

Local zucchini flowers, stuffed with ricotta, basil and Parmesan cheese, crumbed and shallow fried.
