Description
Cape Bernier’s ‘Haphazard’ Pinot Gris is a rich amber in colour with a floral bouquet. Thriving in the extended hours of sunshine provided by our easterly aspect, the fruit develops balance and complexity with a crisp acid finish characteristic of cool climate wines. The palate is characterised by refreshing pear and mandarin with a hint of honeysuckle and green apple from a small amount of field blended Chardonnay. Pairs perfectly with succulent meats and seafood. Drink now or cellar for 3-5 years.
