The 2021 Pinot Rosé, is a bright pink with delicious aromas of summer berries. The extended hours of sunshine provided by our easterly aspect combined with the extended 2017 growing season allowed the fruit to develop balance and complexity. Made in a dry style, from 100% hand-selected Pinot Noir grapes, the palate is characterised by complex fruit and brioche and rounded out by a crisp clean finish.
