Pinot Noir

The marking of this wine commences in the vineyard with our long mild season beginning in September and finishing in April or May. We grow the clones 115, 777, 114 and D5V12 which we then selectively blend depending on the season to make bring out the best characteristics of our vineyard for that season.

This elegant, balanced wine has been open vat fermented and matured for nine months in French oak puncheons. It presents a range of fruit characters, complemented by fine tannins. The savoury spice flavours are characteristic of this vineyard on the southern East Coast.
