Combine this with a site that is somewhat cooler than most sites in Tasmania though also frost free due to the natural features of the local terrain and moderating effects the sea make for ideal sparkling wine growing conditions all wrapped up in this delicious Blanc de Blanc. Fine bubbles, a creamy texture and crisp acidity showcasing cool climate chardonnay green apple fruit create a wine of elegance and finesse. Drink now or over the next 10 years.
