The maritime climate and rich vineyard soils provide ideal growing conditions for cool climate varietals, particularly Chardonnay. Made to showcase the terroir, our Chardonnays display characteristic honeysuckle and green apple flavours complemented by baked bread aromas from ageing in French oak, balanced by soft acids arising from Cape Bernier's extended growing season. The vineyard consistently produces excellent Chardonnays with these noble beasts being among our most awarded wines.
