Our Cape Bernier Pinot Rosé 2011 is made from our Pinot Noir fruit and transformed into a light and refreshing rosé style with a savoury, spicy structure – reminiscent of their pedigree – infused with strawberry and rose petal notes, then finishing with a touch of raspberry.  The wine is a drier style of rosé, exuding the sort of crisp freshness you seek when the days are long and the nights are warm.

Due to the pedigree of the grapes that are used to produce the wine our Pinot Rosé has the structure and acid backbone that allows the wine to develop and mature over several years.
